Pakistan fighter Shahzaib Rind has made the nation proud by winning the Karate Combat KC-49 Championship, defeating Brazilian competitor Luiz Victor Rocha in Singapore.

Rind remained unbeaten throughout the tournament, and Pakistan’s High Commissioner to Singapore, Ms. Rabia Shafiq, extended her congratulations for his impressive victory.

His achievement is being hailed as one of the biggest in Pakistan’s sports history, following javelin thrower Arshad Nadeem’s gold medal win at the Paris Olympics.

Actor Umer Aalam also responded to Rind’s significant victory in the World Karate Combat Light Heavyweight Championship, highlighting its importance for Pakistan in the realm of martial arts.

Hailing from Balochistan, Shahzaib triumphed over his Brazilian rival in the final.
